Raquel is the proud owner of On The Rocks Beauty Bar! Growing up in the Upstate area... she knew from a young age that she was meant to be in the beauty industry. Raquel has always loved makeup artistry which evolved into a love for hair and nails as well. With a passion for education and beauty, her dream was to open a full service salon.  

Double licensed as an Esthetician and Cosmetologist, Raquel's favorite services are makeup application, hair styling for special events, lived-in color, and nail art. What she loves most about the industry is being able to show the love of God to others by serving them.
